Remi's story began on a property where she didn't belong, a place she tried desperately to make her safe spot. She wasn't hurting anyone—she was simply a scared young dog looking for warmth, food, and a corner where she could rest without fear. But because she was a stray, she wasn't wanted there.

When we found her, she was about 6–8 months old—skinny, unsure, sitting in silence as if she didn't know whether the next human would help her or chase her off again. She had no home, no one to protect her, and nowhere she was allowed to exist.

Through Rovers Return Dog Rescue & Pawprints of Love Rescue, she was finally seen — truly seen — as a soul who deserved love, not rejection. She was brought to safety, spayed, cared for, and wrapped in the gentleness she had been searching for her whole young life.

Now Remi sleeps in a warm bed, eats good meals, and is surrounded by kindness instead of fear. She is adored, protected, and living a life full of cuddles, affection, and everything she once only dreamed of.
